HL-Technik Engineering Partner have gained a considerable degree of core competence in a wide range of fields. For example, over 700 office buildings have given us a high degree of competence in dealing with buildings of this type. The latest requirements for internal services, office forms and structures, user requirements, investors' requirements or potential for change of use: to us these are not special problems but more or less our daily bread and butter. In addressing these aspects we develop solutions based on our own ideas, which we introduce into the overall planning process and under certain circumstances are able to improve or refine.
Within our company, centres of core competence are formed by project groups or branches. Our main concern here is to achieve a high degree of competence and routine whilst simultaneously taking into account the continuing development of the market. In this respect, we have developed a wide range of areas of competence over the years which are made use of both by regular customers and by new customers.
We see ourselves not simply as a company which deals with technology and architecture, but rather as a company which is a competent partner when it comes to developing more far-reaching ideas. We have learnt to listen to our clients and implement their wishes, and take these further under certain circumstances. Because of our own ability to learn, we are able to familiarise ourselves quickly and comprehensively with new areas. For us, the development of competence is an ongoing concern, because our aim is not simply to keep on following familiar approaches.
